XML parsing using PubMed

Before I forget or shall I say lose the code – I going to paste this here for reference. While working at my last job I got detailed to create the company website. As part of the brief I had to connect to the PubMed database and lias the data back to my employers site. The problem that I had was trying to integrate the results as seamlessly as possible while also trying to keep the footprint of the visual as compact and fit in with the general look and feel of the site. Here are some of the files that I used for getting the quering the datebase and parsing the results. Particular attention should be given to the curl functions that were used to connected to PubMed.
