Using Flash with light box and vis versa

I sat down about 2 weeks ago I started reading the updates in the new actionscript 3, since then I've been hooked and reading any thing that is put in front of me.

Been struggling trying to get some flash presentations up and running today, some what different to what goes on with powerpoint.

Here’s what I discovered - when creating screens the first screen in a stack attached to that parent is displayed with the parent (that just he way it is) and counted as a whole and every subsequent screen is independent.

Was doing some scripting over the weekend and ran into a problem of tyring to minimise the amount of code that I had been coding.

I wanted to have 20 mvie clips on screen with the same behaviors rather than using the same code as below theres a quickier way of generating 20 instance of the same objects.

The latest release of adobes anticipated flash 9 has emerged in beta mode, not sure really what to expect as I’ve moved away from using flash in development projects as I didn’t think the infrastructure was in place to support growth in the market. Don’t get me wrong flash does have its place and you can roll out different types of projects pretty quickly.
